I'm no model...(obviously).

I was trying quite hard (very hard) not to be shy and awkward. I had no clue what to do, how to sit, stare, etc. Good entertainment mostly, I would say. Overall though, I had SO much fun doing my first professional shoot ever, with SoftGoods! A very casual chic and amazing new line of  lounge wear. Curated and designed by my lovely friend and designer Ebony Robinson. She was inspired by her love of fashion, vintage romance novels, and of course the SoCal lifestyle ;)

 Out of all the photos taken, these were by far, my favorite out of the bunch. 

I can't wait to get my hands on some more 'Everything' lounge pants, and tanks. Seriously their some of the most comfortable items you'll ever own/wear, no joke. I eat, sleep, and breathe in mine. If you want to stay updated with SoftGoods, follow their IG and Pinterest accts (it's worth it!).

TGIF!

Christmas is right around the corner!!! What's better then giving gifts to people you like? and of course receiving them is also quite nice ;) 

I've really been getting more and more into gold lately, it's just such a pretty color and can make any outfit feel a little glamorous no? Speaking of gold, my favorite piece has to be my new California State necklace sent over from the lovely Vinca. They happened to come across my blog somehow or another, and left me a very nice email about how much they liked my blog (awwww!). The best part about this company and necklace is that each one is made the great USA, in Austin Texas, woohoo! Oh, and being 14k gold filled is nice too.

Finally an OOTD post! This has to be one of my favorite dresses I always pull out for the winter season, although it's great for spring too. A gift from my bf last year for christmas from Urban Outfitters. MINKPINK did a job well done, I love the back of this dress, and the glint of shimmer  throughout the fabric. Also the fact that it's a sweater dress, it keep me warm plenty!
