Happy Tuesday everyone! 

I seem to be getting more into the hang of this OOTD thing. I liked what I was wearing today, so I figured why not snap some photos. Wearing my favorite knit top by matty m, with scattered sequins, I layered the top over a simple black bodycon dress, with black studded wedges, and some faux pearl layering necklaces for a dash of class. Overall, I thought this outfit seemed like a good start to transition into the fall season!

My gatsby inspired dress for tonight's big premiere! (sequins!) I'm so excited to see this version of The Great Gatsby, (although robert redford and mia farrow did a good job in the 70's). I really just want to see Prada's work on the big screen too. (am I right ladies and fashion lovers!?) Tweet me your outfit pics, I would love to see them. @KatjaNyquist

The master of romantic and feminine clothing, Jason Wu has yet done it again, and he brought some edge with him. Being one of my favorite designers, his new collection for Pre-Fall 2013 is a wonder of different textures, lines, and color. His signature use of colored leather really gives a stand-out look at me feel! & of course, his use of sequins. I have chosen my favorite picks from the entire collection found here.
